FORMED Registration Cards for Parishes

If your parish has a subscription to FORMED.org, use these cards to share the details on how parishioners can register and create their free account. These 2-sided business cards come 480 in a pack and are printed on durable card stock. These cards can also be handed out by volunteers to reach more people and invite them onto FORMED.
