This talk is drawn from real life experiences of Christopher West, so it gives some kind of encouragement that no matter how far you fall sexually there is still hope for redemption. It makes it all the more believable coming from someone who once engaged in pre-marital intimacies but overcame the vice. Truly inspirational.

He speaks the truth but he does it in a way that you are encouraged to listen (not turned off or offended) and make a change in your life! It is logical! We are all searching for our freedom; what he teaches is that you can have it and amazingly the Catholic church (of all places) can help you obtain it! WOW!!!!
