I struggle with deep emotional difficulties and Dr Popcak's soothing baritone, wisdom, and experience have helped me immeasurably. In fact, I've listened to this CD at least once a week for over a year now. Anytime I become overwhelmed I pop it in the CD player and it never fails to help me to calm down and trust God with whatever is bothering me. It taught me the difficult yet rewarding art of mindfulness and non-judgmentally assessing my current feelings, and then prayerfully working through them to God's glory. St. JP2 was a genius with Theology of the Body, and Dr Gregg makes it understandable in this good CD
